How do I get reimbursement from Jobcenter/ Agentur für Arbeit?

Your clerk will give you an “AVGS-MAT” for the job coaching.

With this AVGS you come back to us. We get all your documents ready for your perfect job.

We are certified to AZAV – certified educational institution – coaching § 45 SGB III, and we are a recruitment and employment agency as well.

In a personal preliminary talk, we determine your exact wishes and ideas for your professional choice. Taking your individual requirements into account, we will find out together a job or apprenticeship that is optimal for you.

We want you to feel comfortable in our coachings and to learn practically. This is the only way to make your professional change efficient and sustainable.

We accompany you from day one to the signing of your new employment contract. In addition, we are still available to you as a contact person for questions and problems at any time.

Our services are usually free of charge, as we mainly work with the placement voucher (AVGS). This voucher will be issued by the employment office responsible for you, and it covers both recruitment and coaching in accordance with § 45 SGB III. If it is not possible for you to get the voucher, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will find a solution in most cases!
