Coaching and activation programs according to § 45 SGB III

Would you like support in the development of new ideas and approaches for a long-term professional perspective that corresponds to your inclinations and abilities? Would you like to be accompanied in the application process?

One is about elaborating professional alternative careers, the other about expanding the previous professional career. Your coaching is as individual as you are. All questions and goals are defined at the beginning together with your coach. Our individual coaching offers are also particularly suitable for single parents, customers with a migration background and refugees in the SGB III benefits.

Unsere individuellen Coaching-Angebote sind auch besonders für Alleinerziehende, Kunden mit Migrationshintergrund und geflüchtete Menschen im SGB III-Bezug geeignet.

The coaching takes place two to three times a week and is agreed with you individually. If you have an activation and placement voucher (AVGS – Introduction to the training and labour market § 45 section 1 page 1 No. 1 SGB III), you will not have any costs in individual coaching. You can obtain an AVGS from your consultant at the employment agency/job centre, the employers’ liability insurance association or the pension provider.

However, you are welcome to contact us in advance – we will be happy to advise you! For self-payers, we also prepare an individual offer.
